DCE Soy Meal Delivery Quality Standard (F/DCE D001-2002)
1.Subject and Application:
1.1 This standard rules the quality guideline and classification standard of soy meal delivered at DCE.
1.2 The soy meal ruled in DCE contract of soy meal refers to those used for feed;there is no limit production location.
1.3 This standard applies to the DCE standard delivery soy meal.
2. Inspection and Measure Standard
2.1 According to the rules of GB5490-5539,the relevant feed is inspected through soy meal.
2.2 The inspection of moisture,crude protein and crude fibre is subject to the rules of GB6432-6439.
2.3 The activity inspection of carbamide enzyme is subject to the relevant rules of GB8622.
3. Sense Characteristics
3.1 Fawn or buff, same color and lustre
3.2 Anomalistic fragment, powder or granule
3.3 No zymosis, mildew, agglomeration, moth and odor
4. Impurity and Sundries
Except soy meal, any other materials can not be mixed into the feed. The relevant explanation must be provided if any additives are mixed, such as antioxidant.

5.2 The content of each quality index should be calculated based on the kernel materials of 87%.
5.3 Each index above must measure up the rules of relevant item.
5.4 The activity of carbamide enzyme is defined as, when the temperature is 30.5 and PH is 7,the number of milligram released while a gram of soy meal decomposes carbamide.
6. Sanitation Standard
Sanitation standard is subject to the relevant feed sanitation standard of People's Republic of China.
